: The images describe prior degenerative disc disease and cervical spondylosis and presume the prior surgery is likewise described.  There is no mention of spinal cord compression or narrowing of the cervical canal and no description of cervical nerve root compression.  But would definitely discuss these films with the doctor who ordered these to achieve an appropriate correlation.

Need to fully discuss with your back surgeon to determine what to do next.  Usually depends on severity of pressure on your spinal cord, how fast symptoms are progressing and severity of symptoms

: Can vaguely do, but you are better off meeting with radiologist and directly discussing your films.  My take, is that present are minor-moderate signs of wear and tear degenerative changes, none of which require surgery, all of which can be handled conservatively.

See answer: Spondylolisthesis is a forward slippage of the 5th(usually)Lumbar vertebra. It is the most common cause of persistent back pain in young people. Each vertebra is connected to adjacent vertebra by two "bridges" of bone. In spondylolisthesis both bridges are fractured. Treatment is conservative unless there is persistent pain or progressive slippage. **See comments below
