today notices small red spot on breast. it doesn't hurt and is slightly raised but mostly flat. is that what ibc looks like when it starts? i also had some armpit pain that my gp checked but no swelling in nodes at all. still worried?

both breasts burn and hurt/get sharp stabbing pain on the outer sides near the arms. armpit pain as well, mainly the left side. arm joints and elbows hurting, lymph nodes in groin hurting, painless lump on side of neck, painful lump on front of neck.

See your doctor!: Your symptoms could be due to many different things, including musculoskeletal pain (as in pulled muscles of chest and shoulder), infected cyst in your armpit, breast problem (as in cancer spreading to axillary lymph node) and cardiac problem ( as in heart attack).

can indigestion cause right sided breast and armpit pain?

It may: The same pain fiber dermatomes on the right side follow the stomach as well.  That's why people with bad indigestion can stimulate a heart attack, and thus, need to stay in the hospital for a workup to rule out the cardiac cause first.

BP management: If you are having pain during the daytime, perhaps it is related to muscular strain. If there are any masses, lymph nodes which can be felt, I would suggest a follow up visit with your PCP.  This problem is unlikely to be related to the flu illness which you had in December.
Since you have high BP, then regular check ups are indicated.

Multiple, including:: a Shoulder; A Neck or Upper T. Spine, skin or deeper tissues causes: from any nerve, bone, lung, lining of chest cavity. Some skin causes would include an Infection of sweat glands, or around the hair there.
If its occurring randomly, take some Aleve or Tylenol (acetaminophen)  for a week or so. 
If it persists or is getting worse, see your PCP.

Is this both sides:  If this is one side we consider a local problem like rotator cuff or other shoulder problem. If both sides that would be something to consider in An arthritis type of setting. Without knowing more about you I wouldn't recommend you discuss this with your physician and depending on what the clinical findings are you may need to see a rheumatologist.
