Get a physical: This sounds like a drug experience, of the non-rx kind.   I'd get a physical just to make sure (blood work,etc.).   Any hx of bipolar illness?  Derealization or depersonalization?  Psychosis hx?   Too many questons for this limited space.

Radio Head: This is what I do: I listen to the radio with ear buds or head phones. I have a little portable and listen to talk radio with topics that interest me. Sometimes music, if it is engaging and I can really focus on it. Any time I need to get out of my own thoughts.Especially at night in bed before going to sleep so I'm not up all night thinking. Also, combining the radio with exercise helps even more

Practice: Understand that you have a choice of what to focus on or emphasize. Just as you can switch tv channels, you can also change what you place your attention on. It can also help to be more scientific or fair with the use of your attention. Give equal time (or more if possible) to appreciating, being grateful, celebrating vs. Complaining, resisting, rejecting. This probably will help.

Fear and Anxiety: Some people experience increased levels of anxiety and fear when they consume alcohol.  If this is the case, minimize or eliminate your use of alcohol to minimize or reduce the fear and anxiety.

Acne, right?: Staying clean is good but it's not the key to managing acne. Your mainstay of treatment is topical benzoyl peroxide; if this fails, get with your personal physician.

Auras: Some seizures start focally and then generalize, and sounds like yours are similar. If you do have true epilepsy, you need to get this under control asap.  See a neurologist and get medications arranged to prevent your convulsions.  This could be potentially risky and even life-threatening.
