No: Umbilical hernia and ovarian cancer are unrelated to each other.For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Treat adult: Umbilical hernias in children usually resolve by 18 months.  In adults they are not common and repair is recommended.  For adults being overweight or having had multiple pregnancies increases the risk of developing a hernia.

Unrelated, likely: Umbilical hernias containing "fat" are frequent findings on abdominal ct scans.  They are rarely a cause of emergent concern, unless noted to contain bowel or other abdominal contents.  Immediate medical attention for an umbilical hernia would be severe local pain at umbilicus with rapid enlargement (bulge) and vomiting.  See your surgeon soon for an evaluation, either way!

Bad Option: The purpose of a hernia belt is to prevent intestine from getting incarcerated ("stuck") within the hernia. The umbilicus is a very difficult if not impossible area to support in this manner; if anywhere, belts are better for inguinal (groin) hernias.  Not all umbilical hernias require surgery; but, if your symptoms are severe enough to consider a belt, you may want to see a hernia surgeon.

Multiple: The most common causes for an umbilical hernia include stretching and thinning of the abdominal wall with increased intraabdominal pressure. The classic examples are preganant women and obese people. Lack of exercise and abdominal wall atrophy is another cause. Previous incisions around the umbilicus can result in umbilical hernias as well.
