Crohn's disease?: I'm sure you are under care a Gasteroenterologist and a biopsy has been taken from the Colon, this could possibly be Crohn's dx which is an Inflammatory and Autoimmune disease but for confirmation you need to talk to your doctor.

Apthous ulcers?: If multiple ulers are there it could be from apthous stomatitis . Behcet's disease is a condition with multiple oral ulcers but also need to r/o other condititons like herpetic gingivostomatitis , drug induced ulcers .Also a condition called vincent's angina caused by a bacteria can cause oral ulcers, blistering conditions like pemphigus. Occly.Gonococcal infn, vasculitic condnslike lupus can lead.

Tongue ulcer: It depends upon how long you have had the lesion. Does the whitish coating rub off?  The fact that it is only on one side of your mouth is peculiar , but without more information, it would be best to see an oral surgeon  to see which microorganism it is and how best to treat it.

Oh my ! Two issues : At once! miserable. Get your dentist to treat the ulcer with medication/prescribe topical meds. Lasers work well too. Your TMJ issue needs proper diagnosis. A good start is to locate a dentist that treats the issue ;get into a passive bite guard/splint that is balanced to your bite ; allows for proper function. Symptoms of "tmj" many times are more about muscle issues ; proper diagnosis is essenti.

Apparent viral ulcer: The ulcers could be herpes simplex(1)
or coxsackievirus group a. In either
case it should be self-limiting unless
there is some under-lying immune
dysfunction or immune suppression.
Aphthous ulcers are more usually in
the buccal mucosa.
