Sore tongue: You can ask your dentist for miracle mouth rinse. Common ingredients are viscous Lidocaine , mylanta, nystatin, Diphenhydramine . This should help relieve the pain while you recover.

Sore throat : This suggests a possible virus irritation.  You need to be evaluated for your symptoms.  You could gargle with warm salt water at least daily which may help.

No: There are a number of disorders that can cause your symptoms, ankylosing spondylitis being one of them. Ankylosing  spondylitis can be diagnosed with a blood test... Hlab27. A rheumatologist is best qualified to sort out what's going on with you.

Gastric ulcers: The only way to tell for sure is to have a gastroenterologist look inside your stomach. But you can have a good idea if you have a return of whatever symptoms you had the first time. It is obvious if it is bleeding, but if it is abdominal pain or other symptoms, it may not be as apparent . If you are having recurrent symptoms, see your doctor or your G.I. doc ASAP. Good luck.

UNUSUAL: It is vry unusul to get pain in rt upper side in the back
I wll suggest you get it checked as these are not symptoms of Ulcer in stomach

Virus not strep?: The ulcers suggest you might not have strep throat, the main kind of pharyngitis or tonsillitis that responds to penicillin. Ulcers suggest a viral infection, like herpangina, coxsackie virus, and others. A new infection with oral herpes also could do it. Return to your doctor ASAP for additional exam, testing, and perhaps treatment with an anti-herpes drug like valacyclovir. Good luck!

Aphthous Ulcer: Common ulcer of idiopathic cause.  Although associated with abnormal monocyte function.  Treated with the following:  Lidocaine or numbing gel, clening agent like salt water, and steroid solution.

Palliatively: Really only to alleviate symptoms. An aphthous ulcer is self limiting and will go away in a week with treatment and seven days without. The problem is comfort. Topical ora gel can help.

Ulcer: More likely an ulcer from some viral infection.  Best way to is to have someone take a look at it, especially if persisting and not going away or changing after 10 10 14 days.

tx for h.pylori infx 6 mos ago, now peptic ulcer comes back after taking anti-inflammatory (lodine/medrol) drug for 2 wks. is current flare-up due to failure eradicate h.pylori or nsaid drugs?

Either / both: Could be from either or both.  We're biopsied obtained at time of recent egd for the evaluation of hpylori? If not then you should have a breath test for hpylori (when safe to come off ppi).
