65yo woman routine ua shows small blood, slightly cloudy, color red (sample was pale yellow when void) few bacteria all else neg. results read no rbc. is this anything to worry about or just have retested in a few months at next visit.?

: The color change and absence of red cells (blood) in urine that is red leads me to believe that the lab confused the specimens.  I would have my urine retested.  Symptoms should determine whether or not f/u is necessary.

Maybe repeat: Even a little blood in the urine is worrisome, but it's easy to contaminate the specimen if it's your period.

Your swollen abdomen: Your swollen abdomen does. I am uncertain if that swelling is due to your urinary tract. You may need it in an evaluation, imaging such as an abdominal CT to help clarify the swelling in the blood. And possible liver issues

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your findings are not a cause for concern. Drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless.

Here are some ...: Just 27 RBCs alone (if urine was collected properly) warrants a thorough evaluation with imaging studies, preferably with CT.IVP and cystoscopy to make sure of no significant concerns such as stone, tumor, etc. Besides, one needs to see why your sodium at 134; so share more health background with Doc to deduce its clinical significance. Otherwise, your kidneys seem working well.

SG 1.005: Specific gravity is a measure of the density of your urine as compared t pure water.  It gives an idea of how much solids are dissolved in your urine.  Obviously you have very dilute urine and you probably drank a fair amount prior to the test.  Small blood and small leukocytes may be normal, but you should check with the person who ordered the test.

Depends on the reaso: It could be contamination of urine from period(even though you didn't get it full yet). Why did you dip urine? If you have pain with urination, frequency- it could be UTI

Inflammation: The yeast infection may cause a minor irritation and inflammation which may cause the Microscopic hematuria.

: It would have been good if you indicated why the urinalysis was done. I hope you are still going to see your doctor for follow up. The test may have been reported that way, but it shows nothing to be concerned or alarmed about. There is no evidence of cancer based on this UA.

Quit drinking: Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it.
Why were these tests done? Did you have any symptoms? All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. 
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
