Need exam: Your "morse code" and head pain may be due to eustachian tube and sinus dysfunction due to allergy.  If so, Afrin nasal spray at night may help.  Also, depression and emotional distress may be due to hypothyroidism.  
Allergies also more likely with hypothyroidism.  See book, Hypothyroidism, the Unsuspected Illness by Broda Barnes, MD.  A little thyroid may help many of your symptoms.

Eustachian tube dysf: Try decongestants or a nasal steroid.  There is fluid blocking your eustachian tube.

Yes: This is not a fever and there is no concern. Sometimes your child will feel hot to touch. This is the same as when you get hot and then cold throughout the day.

Possibilities: There are many possible causes. You should see your doctor to work through these. Lab tests based on age and sex would be appropriate. Changing medications could also be a cause. Follow up with your doctor.

Fever: This could be secondary to some type of infection that is brewing or just a marker of Flu. You should see your PCP asap and describe your symptoms in more details. You may need some blood work along with drug therapy.

Overworked emotions?: I think you are anxious about something. You need to relax a bit and do not worry as you have no evidence of high temperature of your body. You can cool down your systems with light exercise like a daily walk(morning &amp; evening both is even better).
Take shower twice a day and goswiming(indoors) if you like swimming and it is convenient.
Practice relaxation with Yogic breathing(deep and slow breath

Heat Intolernace: Go to your doctor, and find out why this happening to you. Some of  the causes include High Thyroid Hormone(Hyperthyroid), Autonomic Nervous System  Dysfunction  , Early Menopous, some medications etc.

If she has not seen: her doctor for this,she should.It is best to know what the underlying cause of her fever is,so that it can be treated,rather than just treating the fever,which will persist as long as there is an underlying cause.Fevers are not dangerous;they are a sign that the body is fighting an infection.They can be uncomfortable, so in that case, it is safe to give Pamol with the proper dose,with fluids&amp;rest.
