Depends on what: you are testing for?? HIV? STD? Infectious mononucleosis, other foreign protiens ( antigens)  which would ellicit an antibody response ( vural, HIV. hepatitis, herpes, etc) and bacterial antibodies are usually stimuilated by vaccination.

No: Type and screen is a test to determine the blood type and antibodies to blood group antigens.  It does not address hiv/aids at all and cannot rule in or rule out hiv.

Confusing question: Mono often will have a mild hepatitis as one of it's many symptoms. However, this has nothing to do with the other causes of hepatitis (a, b, c, etc). If you feel you have been exposed to one of those illnesses or have symptoms your pcp can check it out.

No routine testing: Lexapro (escitalopram) isn't a medication that requires any specific blood monitoring. We don't follow kidney function, liver tests, blood counts or anything else after starting patients on it or changing the dose. Not enough info: That test results of 1:80 are considered a borderline positive result and low levels are ANA are seen in about 15% of normal individuals. Why was the test ordered in the first place? That answer would help determine in the ANA result was significant. If you have questions, see a rheumatologist.

No: Between 15 and 16 weeks is the recommended time for 2nd blood test in sips. So there is no difference between these 2. It could be done even later but definitely not later than 22 weeks.

Nuchal thickness: Everyone gets offered the quad test screening for down's, trisomy 18 and spina bifida.  Its actually a very good test.  An increased nuchal thickness is associated with increase risk of Down's syndrome, but usually other things are seen with it.  A cell free DNA test may be a good one to check.
