thank you in advance! possible causes fluttering/twitching in abdomen and pelvis? periodic pain lower right side of naval and lower right pelvis. not pregnant. urinate frequent at night, strong odor.  periods have become very heavy. thank you?

You need test: Twitching or fluttering off and on in the lower abdomen is usually not serious if not constant or not affecting your daily life. Constipation sometimes causes those symptoms. If symptoms are constant and bothering, you need to have at least a urinalysis. Examination is very important, further testing such as ultrasound or CT scan may be necessary after the exam.

muscle twitches in abdomen(kicking ribs and flutters),light periods for 6months, negative pregnancy tests taken from 3 months. is pregnancy possible?

Possible but not: likely. You did not miss a period and pregnancy test was negative, both of these argue against your being pregnant. There is no need to repeat the pregnancy test unless you miss your period by 4-5 days. If you are trying to get pregnant, please see your doctor to initiate care to promote your and your future baby's health.

Maybe: After 18-20 weeks pregnancy, pregnant women ill be "showing", with visible enlargement of the abdomen.  Around that time, "quickening" occurs, which is the first sensation or perception of fetal movement.  If you think you're pregnant, do a test and see your doctor.

i have had chest pains at night for the past 2 nights i have the feeling food is stuck in throat and twitching in my abdomen now i see blood in stools?

See your doctor: When you are on Coumadin (warfarin) and have blood in your stool, you need to report those symptoms immediately to your doctor. You need to see what your inr and hematocrit (blood level) are. Chest pain with a feeling like something is stuck in the throat is usually worked up by having a barium swallow, or, more likely in your case, an endoscopy where the GI doc looks in your esophagus and stomach.

Yes: Your uterus is a muscle and it will spasm.  Make sure not peeing all the time.  If the pain goes to one side and is getting worse and you haven't had an ultrasound, get one.  The risk of a pregnancy in the tube is about 1-2/1000 but needs to be dealt with.  Otherwise generally nausea early.

Cramps and vibration: The feelings of twitching is usually caused by small muscle contractions and relaxations just as in the eye.   Often too small to see.  That is very similar to a cramp which is the same thing but it keeps recruiting other muscle cells to contract and not relax.   Try stretching your arms over your head and take deep breaths to stretch it out.  You probably had minor injury which will heal.

Not sure: exactly what you are worried about.  "Twitches" aren't usually something that concerns most people so I am wondering if there is a specific fear or concern that would make you ask this question in the face of what sounds like a relatively normal exam.

Where is your: implant? If it is in your abdomen, perhaps your abdominal muscles are twitching because they do not like the hormones there..  In all seriousness Muscles twitch because they are fatigued or spasm b/c overuse, like vigorous exercise or dehydration or electrolyte abnormalities (like low potassium or magnesium). CHOLECYSTITIS ?: Right abdominal pain with radiation to your back can be gb stones.You need to have abdomen ultrasound to find out the dx.
