Regarding your abdomen you should see your Primary doctor. She/he will take your medical history, examine you and then order laboratory data, and possibly xrays.
Once the data is obtained your doctor will tell you and discuss what might require more examination, or more hopefully tell you all is OK!

Constipation v ovary: Left lower quadrant pain is normally a symptom of constipation. If your BM is not every day or is small "rabbit pellets", you should try some Magnesium Citrate (over the counter in the laxative section.  If your pain gets better, you have your answer.  If the pain persists, you should see a doctor and consider getting a pelvic ultrasound.

i have this sporadic pain( moderate) in my stomach on the left side and i can actually feel it move when i touch it , and it only last for a few seconds and i have no other symptoms.im 51 and menopausal, what could it be?

: It could be an abdominal muscle irritability. Gas buildup is a possibility. Inflammation of the descending colon(diverticulitis), irritable bowel syndrome all usually have more prolonged discomfort as well as bowel symptoms. Very low left.abdominal discomfort can be of pelvic organ originsIt's best to be evaluated by a physician, gastroenterologist or abdominal surgeon if symptoms persist or worse

Abdominal pain: Persistent abdominal pain needs to be evaluated by a physician.  It could be related to a problem with the colon, ovary, uterus, muscle.  A ct scan may be necessary.

Two issues: There are two issues here. The first is your lack of periods. Hormone testing should be done by an Obgyn to determine the cause and if treatment is necessary. TSH, FSH and Prolactin hormones should be done as well and a thorough examination. Your pelvic pain is the second issue. This should also be addressed at the visit to determine the cause and treatment

this morning when waking up,saw black ribbon like disturbance in left eye,lasted about 15 minutes,then went totally away & headache came on left side.took excedrin & went away..is this something dangerous? i suffer from many headaches since menopause?

: It seems you have a migraine attack with left eye floater as a prodrome. However, if that floater recurs without a headache and you also experience flashing with the same eye, you need to have a retinal exam. You may need prophylactic treatment if you truly have migraine.

: Obtain a referral to a cardiologist for an exam and further testing.  Cardiovascular disease in females occurs with different symptom onset than in males. If the cardiology evaluation is normal, obtain a referral to an orthopedic physician for your shoulder pain.
