Try to get a video: There are many causes of tremors, but this may be a small seizure called a partial seizure.  Not all seizures result in loss of awareness.  It is hard to be sure.  Try to get some video footage of these to show to your doctor.  That would help them.

The symptoms typically go away followed by a period with no symptoms followed by returning of symptoms perhaps elsewhere in the body.
