If you are old : enough and want her, they may if they remove her. In situations like this, they ask the parent and child and extended family who would be willing to take the child in question. Worrying about this is useless. Better to ask your mom/dad what is going on and get them help. Provide any therapy to your sister about the changes shes going thru.

Not quite.: Nobody will take your baby from you for smoking, but you'll be harming your baby by exposing it to cigarette smoke.

Not Automatically: This varies state to state, but be sure there will be a close watch placed on any baby born positive for illicit drugs. Depending on the drug and the history behind it, things will be sorted out.

No formula: Just ask! most hospitals have breastfeeding initiatives and want to do whatever they can to promote breastfeeding. Not sure what you have heard, but no one at the hospital is looking to give the baby formula unless you request it. You can also request that a pacifier or "binky" not be given.

Diet, exercise, more: Chronic pain syndrome can have a number of potential causes. It may be important to understand the specific cause of your pain before recommending non-medication approaches to obtaining relief, though in my experience, many benefit from gentle, regular exercise,  healthy diet, mindfulness training, vipassana meditation, healing touch, psychotherapy, and tapping therapy, among other approaches.

3 m FM/CPS, insomnia: What work up has been done to date? Recent travel outside the US? Would evaluate for possible autoimmine disorder/even sarcoid  -consider sed rate, crp, CPK,  ANA, DS DNA, rheumatoid factor, thyroid  function, lyme. Check for  reflux, H pylori ,sleep apnea/ periodic , limb movements, celiac/foods.. Check COQ 10 ,    Avoid alcohol caffeine, opioids. .Consider MRI.   f/u/ w/ doc-rheumatology /neuro

See below: Cps will want to make sure that your children are in the safest environment for them. If they are already involved you are going to have to prove to them that you are a fit mother. This may take some work. Good luck.
