Yes: These can work together to relieve symptoms of stomach acidity, esophageal reflux and gerd. They do not interfere with the action of each other.

Wait an hour or so: Prevacid (lansoprazole) needs acid stimulus about an hour after ingestion to best be activated. A meal would be the ideal. Take the Tums after that.
