Splenectomy : It depends on when your spleen was removed and how it was done. If it was done with a big incision, this may represent a hernia. If you've gained weight after having your spleen removed, that happens due to a period of relative inactivity. Some patients when recovering struggle with constipation. If that's the case, drink plenty of fluids and use a stool softener.

Rash: Sending a pic will help.  You may try some triple antibiotic ointment for starters with a steroid cream

Obstruction?: If your concern is of intestinal obstruction, then I agree that this is a possibility given your history of infra-abdominal surgery and the potential for development of adhesions.  Granted, you could be vomiting from too much alcohol, if you drank too much alcohol, but given your history, and if this symptom persists, then the possibility of obsertuction is real.

i went into surgery in march for the removal of my gallbladder. ever since when i eat i get serious tummy aches and when passing out stool i bleed?

Need more history: The cause of diarrhea after gallbladder removal isn't clear. Some experts believe that it results from an increase in bile, especially bile acids, entering the large intestine ,which   may act as laxative. . No Hx but  I will assume you   developed Post GB removal diarrhea which precipitated hemorrhoidal bleeding, 
Change in diet and ? Probiotic,?Questran ( may help). Colonoscopy should be done.

When: Did you last see your gyn? You may have an infection or scar tissue. Talk to your gyn asap.

Maybe: It's really difficult to determine if it's normal healing without examining in person. If it gets worse and worse prior to your follow up appointment, i would get it checked sooner or go to the er after hours.

Skin removal: Main risk is bacterial infection and scarring. Keloid thickened scarring can also occur and be troublesome

Bile enteritis: Probable rapid transit of bile causing IBS symptoms.
Consider asking your MD for a trial of Cholestid. Bile binding resin not absorbed by intestine

Possibly: the staples are placed in the surgical site, usually, localized to the site of the cholecystectomy ( right upper abdominal area. It is certainly rare that clips ( staples) have migrated to the mid abdominal area. Please consult your surgeon.

my iud is inserted feb 20, 1st day of mens is feb 19, iud removal is mar 5 due to very painful abdomen. sex last mar 3 eve. am i going to get preggy?

You can now: If you have sex without condoms or birth control after your IUD was removed then pregnancy is certainly a possibility.
