Unlikely: Your symptoms are unlikely pregnancy related as implantation would be just occurring and the level of HCG hormone would be too low to cause these symptoms.

Where in your abdomen (right, mid, left) do you experience discomfort?  Duration pain lasts?  Is pain deep or superficial?  Have you seen blood with stool or change in bowels? Any chance of pregnancy (sexually active)? Any bladder/uti symptoms? Ur doc will need this info 2 help

Would suggest making sure you get the same amount of sleep every night, meaning that if you have to wake up early you compensate by going to sleep earlier. Also keeping a food log may help in deciding if your symptoms have to do with sleep time or type of food ingested in the second part of the day.

Nonspecific: This is a very nonspecific symptom and could be an abdominal muscle irritability rather than an intestinal tract problem like diverticulitis which is characterized by left lower abdominal pain and tenderness. Left ovarian inflammation is another possibility. Should the pain and tenderness be present, have a physician examine you promptly.
