Get a physical!: Consideration should be given to an ultrasound evaluation of your abdomen and pelvis to rule out ovarian cystic disease or other abnormality. Even colonoscopy would be considered, after a thorough history and physical exam by your primary doctor, a gynecologist, or general surgeon.

This : This could be caused by many different problems such as infection, hormonal imbalance, ovarian or uterine cyst or some other pelvic abnormality. You could even be pregnant and not know it. In any event, you need to seek medical advice and see your primary care doctor to get this sorted out.

Please get checked..: Abdominal pain is never normal, but you have not indicated the intensity, duration, or circumstances of your symptoms. Lots of things cause llq (left lower quadrant) abdominal pain--see my earlier healthtap answers on the subject please. If pain is severe or worsening, don't delay in seeking evaluation & getting treated.
