i have a fatty feeling movable lump directly under my collarbone on the right side. a little bigger than a quarter. no pain or redness or discomfort.

Fatty deposit : It sounds like you have a fat deposit called a lipoma these are usually benign tumors and if they get to large you may need surgical resection. To be on the safe side I recommend that you follow up with a surgeon to have this removed and biopsied and reviewed by a pathologist

i am overweight and noticed one side of my collarbone seems to have more fat than the other side. dont feel any lump just feels like fat

Depends on size: and exact location.  It is more concerning if it on left side and supraclavicular area, because lymph nodes in this area drain intra-abdominal organs and can feel like plain fat.  It is not possible to advise what you should do without actual examination, so you should show it to your doctor.

Hard to say: There are several possibilities, among the most common is a swollen lymph node.  The lymph nodes filter the blood system and can become enlarged when someone has an infection.  Don't hesitate to be seen for a more accurate diagnosis if it does not get better.

Right side chest mas: Mass on the chest wall could be from the skin, subcutaneous tissue, bone or breast issue, You really need a physical exam, get it checked put

Unlikely: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and your symptoms warrant evaluation by a physician. It is not likely to be scoliosis and if the lump has arisen recently, it would be prudent to consult your doctor.

Needs to be checked: These bumps as these are growing bigger need to be checked by your doctor.These may be lymph glands and can be caused by infection or another disease in the lymph nodes.Sometimes we leave them alone and watch and other times we remove and examine(biopsy) to find what it may be.There are other possibilities like cysts or othet kind of tumors.I suggest you get it checked by your doctor

See a surgeon: While most small lumps under the skin are not worrisome, you should see a surgeon for consultation.  In that area you describe sometimes lymph nodes can swell and indicate other disease.  Most lesions can be removed in the office under local anesthesia.

left side of top part of collarbone feels sore if i move my shoulder around.. i don't feel any lumps and i have no other symptoms, what could this be?

: That could be from a poor neck position during sleep, a muscle strain. If I am correct that symptom should improve tomorrow.
