Sharp abdominal pain: May be gas, should move resolve in a few minutes .  With gurgling consider food intolerences like lactose, gluten or soy- test by eliminating food with  theses substances  for 1 week sequentially i.e. one week no dairy , one week no gluten,. Also consider irritable bowel or early colitis ( usually associated with diarrhea/ mucus/ blood)  rarely bacterial overgrowth, Try probiotics. F/u/ w/ doc

Exam advised: The commonest cause of right lower abdominal pain, especially with associated tenderness, is acute appendicitis. For this reason, if your discomfort persists, I feel you should be examined by a physician ASAP. If necessary, proceed to the hospital emergency room where prompt attention and testing are available.

Exam needed: Persistent abdominal pain for 4 days warrants an examination by a physician or abdominal surgeon, especially if there's associated tenderness. I assume there has been no recent strain of an abdominal muscle.  Possibilities include diverticulitis of the descending colon, inflammatory bowel disease or an umbilical hernia.

Yes: It can cause any of that pain, but you should have it checked out by a gastroenterologist to rule out other causes of the disease. But all of those pains can be from ibs - good luck.

Possibly muscles?: Hi
If it only happens when you ejaculate, it could be a strain of one of your lower abdominal muscles or of your muscles inside your pelvic floor. Ejaculation doesn't typically cause muscle strain but you may have gotten a strain form another physical activity like exercise and are just feeling it when you ejaculate. A little rest may help.

after i use the bathroom i feel a bump on my lower left abdomen to the left and below my belly button. i had a ct abdomen and pelvis ct scan that came back normal. could the ct scan have missed something and what could be causing this bump?

Could be an : abdominal HERNIA

Get a full physical examination and show the lump to the examiner. These hernias are often MISSED by CT scan since the ANGLE is often not right.

The pain described: Is not a diagnostic indicator for pregnancy. Do take a pregnancy test if you have missed your period. Do obtain medical evaluation if your pain becomes severe. Classic pregnancy
sxs begin when period is missed or thereafter (6-8 wks).  Sx’s can include: tender /swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of period; ^ frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness ; mild cramping.

Abdominal pain: The location of your pain means it my either be your colon or your ovary.  Are you constipated?  Last period?  Fever?  You are a bit young for diverticulitis but it is a possible cause that would lead to left lower quadrant pain, as would an ovarian cyst.  Kidney issues usually come with urinary complaints and back pain.  If pain intensifies, see a doctor, abdominal pain can be many things.
