: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your level is lower than normal and you should consult an endocrinologist.

Check levels,,: Your TSH level is around the upper limit for normal in many accepted reference ranges and so it would be best to see your doctor for a thyroid panel before doing anything with your meds and then discussing it with your doctor.  Apparently you've some symptoms but too much of the thyroid replacement med could have serious side effects.  If your weight is 85kg, some exercise might also help.

You may need Thyroid: With a Low TSH, you likely have hypothyroid condition which can be easily corrected with Hormone replacement using Thyroid hormone like Synthroid (thyroxine).
Find a good internist and he/she can take care of your problem.

Kelp in capsule form can affect the thyroid, best to avoid. Would stop all kelp resume a nromal diet and repeat studies in 6 weeks.  Hypothyroidism is common in young females and the TSH may swing between normal /abnormal for months till it totally becomes abnormal. f/u w/ednocrinologist

Needs consultation: Babies may not show any "clinical " signs of hypothyroidism but still have a need for thyroid meds. The brain growth is so important in infants that you should be very sure the kid does not need them before you stop, or you put baby's developmental progress at risk. It might,,: This is at the upper limit of normal for most lab reference ranges, so it depends on whether or not you have symptoms of hypothyroidism, and your other thyroid readings like freet4, etc.. Need to examine: Your TSH is normal. Peri-menopausal period is associated with many changes and that may be the cause of many symptoms. It would be prudent to see your doctor to ensure proper treatment of B12 deficiency. You may discuss hormone replacement.

Thyroid okay: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your thyroid results are normal and are not the cause of your problems. Try reducing the amount you eat.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

i have been feeling very fatigue for a few months now. went to my gp and she took some bloods, fbc, iron levels, vitamin b12 reading, tsh and t4. everything else was fine except for the b12, it was 715. could this be the cause to my feeling fatigue?

No: B12 level of 715 would not explain the symptoms. It may seem counter-intuitive, but exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise, such as walking and gradually increase the intensity.
