Withdrawal : Nicotine withdrawal is not fun. I think that  these symptoms‚ including cravings‚ will disappear with every day that you stay smoke free.
Rec.: cognitive behavioral therapy to help with symptoms.

Any addictive: Drug will cause withdrawal symptoms and the time varies from person to person. Quit caffeine, even decaf and all forms of sugar.

i smoked cigarettes for 20 years quit smoking cold turkey. been three months and relapsed last week for two days due to low moods and anxiety. i don't have history of depression. now even more anxious and sleep disturbance. will this end ?

: It's often difficult to determine whether symptoms are caused by withdrawal or by underlying depression and/or chronic anxiety. I recommend consulting a mental health professional to help you sort this out and treat you if indicated after the assessment.

hi i'm wanting some help i'm having some trouble sleeping because of coughing bad i'm a non smoker in a non smoking house maybe nasal drip tickling me?

That is possible : But it is also possible that you have developed an allergy to something. It is also not unreasonable to think of gastroesophageal reflux disease that can cause reflux of the gastric fluid into the back of your throat which can then go down into your lungs and cause significant coughing spells. my wife is on wellbutrin (bupropion) to stop smoking except she is having trouble sleeping for more then 3 hours. what can she do to help?

To stop smoking: Wellbutrin (bupropion) is used for Treatment of Depression. It is not specific medication “to stop smoking” 
It can cause Insomnia.  Insomnia can also be due to Anxiety.
Discuss with Psychiatrist: 
•	Diagnosis of Depression, Anxiety, Insomnia
•	Reasons for smoking-Stresses in life
•	Smoking cessation program
•	Decrease dose of Wellbutrin (bupropion), and take it after lunch 
•	Therapy for stresses in life for coping skil

Insomnia: Commend yourself for not smoking Marijuana.
5 mg Ambien (zolpidem) at bed time may not be adequate for sleep, or you have developed Tolerance;.
Let Wise Man within you reflect Stresses causing insomnia.
Consider:
Avoid 
•	Alcohol 
•	OTC Sleep aids
Exercise or Yoga in the evening

Before sleeping,
•	Close that day’s Chapter in Book of Life
 
•	Visual imagery of National Parks
•	Breathing Relaxation
•	Therapy
