Withdrawal : Nicotine withdrawal is not fun. I think that these symptoms‚ including cravings‚ will disappear with every day that you stay smoke free. Rec.: cognitive behavioral therapy to help with symptoms. Keep up a good job!

Hypnic jerks: Congratulations on stopping! this is a common problem called hypnic jerks- see http://www.Drweil.Com/drw/u/qaa400711/jolted-awake-by-hypnic-jerks.Html it is thought that smoking aggravates these. This could be a withdrawal symptom, in which case they should lessen over time. I wonder if tobacco can reduce hypnic jerks but find no evidence it does.
