Gluteal Exercises: The muscles of your buttocks are called the gluteal muscles.  There are 3 of them (gluteus maximus, medius and minimus.)  exercises that help to strengthen the glutes are things like squats and lunges. Possible cyst: Your boyfriend may possibly have a dermoid cyst that needs to be removed.  He should see his primary care physician for the appropriate diagnosis.  The primary care physician  may be able to remove it, or your boyfriend can be referred to a surgeon to have it removed.

Get checked: I will often see herpes present this way and occurs repeatedly as a cluster of small blisters that itch, burn, or tingle and then become crusted and then red scar and happens a number of times a year (or even cyclical during menstrual cycle).  If it is hsv, they may be contagious and require treatment.   There are also many other possibilities so please see a dermatologist.

Breasts: Breast size is likely to ^ w puberty, pregnancy & possibly prior to your period.   You can build up chest muscles w exercise & weight lifting but it will not ^ the amt. Of fatty tissue. There are no pills, herbs or machines that will ^ breast size.  Breast augmentation is surgical enlargement.  A padded bra will ^ appearance of volume.  A supportive, well fitting bra can also enhance appearance.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Fissure in ano: You likely have an acute fissure in ano which is commonly caused by a hard -constipated stool. If acute, they usually heal within 30 days if the conditions are right(warm baths 4x per day, stool softeners daily). Sometimes over the counter hemorrhoidal creams( or prescription ones like proctofoam-hc), or lidocaine(anesthetic topical ) ointment may be helpful. See a dr. If not healed by one month.

Hematoma: It sounds like a gluteal hematoma, or bleeding inside the muscle. Most go away in few weeks, some may last indefinitely. Other causes may not be ruled out, if it persists your doc will be best to assess.
