Depends: The timing of your cycle depends on what other medications are used, your past menstrual cycle history and if  a lack of ovulation is one of the reasons you needed IVF.

HCG trigger: If you checked less than 10 days after th shot, you could possibly still be picking up a residual.

Probably: Unless specifically told to avoid activity by your treating physician then exercise is not usually restricted. You can always check with the prescribing doctor if there were any specific limitations unique to your case.

IVF positive?: A positive 13.5 days post "trigger" with 10k units is probably secondary to the HCG (trigger).  If embryo transfer is successful, the HCG from an implanted embryo will be reliably positive in another two weeks, so obtain another serum HCG then to be certain.

Very hard to say: Only your ivf doc who is monitoring your wife can really answer this. It depends where you are in the cycle, and which shot (lupron, fsh etc.). Subcutaneous injections which go under the skin are more common than shots which go into the muscle - if the needle was not deep enough your wife may still be absorbing the medicines. Women with lower body mass index (bmi) absorb subcutaneous meds better.

hi, is it ok to take valtrex (valacyclovir) while i am doing my ivf shots ?

Your IVF specialist: will be the final answer on this, but if you were my patient I would probably say it's ok. Valacyclovir/Valtrex (valacyclovir) has been assigned Pregnancy Risk Category B: No risk in non-human studies such as animal reproduction studies. In general, I believe it is safe to take a medication during IVF if it is safe to take during pregnancy. There is no theoretical reason Valtrex (valacyclovir) should interfere with conception.

UK?: I assume you are being treated in the uk, that name is not in the U.S.  But i believe it is a gnrh antagonist.  In ivf it is used to suppress the brain from producing fsh and lh.  This allows your doctor to have better control of your stimulation.  It also prevents you from ovulating prior to when your eggs are ready for retrieval.  It is sometimes used in a flare protocol.

Patience...: Patience is a golden virtue. A home urine pregnancy test will give a very reliable result 3 weeks after sex (making a negative less likely to be false negative, and a positive less likely to be false positive). If one's doctor said wait 10-14 days before testing, then this could be a pregnancy. Patience means not thinking about it at all for a few days, and then retesting.

Could be the trigger: A quantitative HCG level checked every two days  looking for an appropriate increase in the HCG levels, could be informative.
