Patience...: Patience is a golden virtue. A home urine pregnancy test will give a very reliable result 3 weeks after sex (making a negative less likely to be false negative, and a positive less likely to be false positive). If one's doctor said wait 10-14 days before testing, then this could be a pregnancy. Patience means not thinking about it at all for a few days, and then retesting.
