Consider migraine: A brain freeze is not likely a trigeminal nerve problem at your age.  It could represent a sinus infection or it could represent migraine headaches.  I suggest that you see a local physician to have these symptoms checked out.

An endodontic specialist can provide you with the proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate management. You should seek care immediately.  Oil of cloves, or eugenol, is a sedative used in dentistry to temporarily calm irritated nerves, it is not a long term solution to your problem and may delay you seeking needed care.

Possible damage: In addition, the needle sometimes passes through some muscle tissue, so that may be inflamed. Also, keeping your mouth opened wide for a while during the procedure may have inflamed the tmj. Was a tooth extracted? This can also cause your symptoms. Your post gave little info to go on. Hard to say how long it will take to heal.

TMD?: Those symptoms sound more like tmd to me. You may want to have that checked by your dentist or someone who specializes in treatment of tmd (temperomandibular disorder).

surely: Best to have your current issues all addressed at same time, but realize that the optic nerve issue is unlikely to be caused by the same pathology resulting in your sciatica.  However, if the eye issue is related to ms, there could be a painful symptom associated.  Yes, tell your doctor, and let him/her decide.

What did ent say?: I see your answer but you did not say that the ent found any problem.This sounds like an inner ear problem. If the ENT doctor cannot tell you what is wrong then ask him where he would refer you to. This does need worked up and may need a CT scan. Do not let this drop but get another ENT or neuro opinion. Of these I would recommend a referral center.
