Your doctor should give you the best advice as he knows your history.Remember to not have sex too much.  Too often tends to lower the man's sperm count. i have had a headach four 7 days on my left side of my head right behind my eye . it starts right when i wack up and it gets hurting more every hour in tell i take 4 advil and lay down and put ice on it for hours and then that does not work all the time .

First : First of all vodka and advil (ibuprofen) is a dangerous combination.This could adversely affect your liver and could cause liver damage and possibly failure which could be lethal.  The maximum amount of advil (ibuprofen) is 3200mg/day and no more than 800mg every 6 hours. An over the counter advil (ibuprofen) tab is 200mg. As far as your headache goes, if it has been present for 7 days then this definitely warrants a medical evaluation. It sounds like a cluster headache. Your doctor will be able to tell you what their diagnosis is after a complete evaluation and give you appropriate treatment.

No not common: See your gyn for an evaluation and work up, doubt you would be pg but your gyn can include that with blood work and you need an ultrasound.

: If you are still having fever after 9 days, you definitely should go back and see your NP.   The antibiotic is not the right one for your current infection and a different one may be needed.   Do a COVID-19 test, too.

my husband, who is 76, will be having surgery on his shoulder to repair a torn muscle in 12 days time. can he have the flu and pneumonia vaccination now before the surgery.

Check with Surgeon: The best course of action is to ask his surgeon. Vaccinations are safe to receive, even before surgery, as long as the person getting them isn't currently sick. Vaccines don't work immediately though; the body takes time to mount an appropriate immune response. I would recommend that if he gets the vaccines, it would be best to have them administered in the arm which isn't currently injured.
