Why atypicals?: It really depends on why your doctor gave you an atypical in the first place. These drugs are used appropriately for schizophrenia and other thought disorders as well as certain mood disorders. They are not sleeping pills and they are riskly in elderly patients with dementia. In your case, you might be a 'different person' off your atypical if you have a thought disorder or a mood disorder.

Placebo, 10 mg: Incomplete rbbb is, in the majority of patients, normal variant caused by simple delay of the right bundle conduction relative to the left bundle's conduction. It is benign (safe), and no specific treatment is recommended or required. Certain other conditions can cause a right bundle branch block, but the treatment is generally focused on those conditions, and not the bundle block.

Not many options: It depend on many factors.  One might enquire as to the reason for this.  Osteoporosis and destructive lesions would be among the most common.  Vertebroplasty might be an option but it would be better to treat cause.  Traumatic causes may need surgical intervention . Best to talk to your doctor

: An incomplete right bundle branch block represents some degree of damage to one's conduction system and merits careful monitoring with serial EKG's, careful history-taking for symptoms of dizziness or syncope (fainting), and ambulatory EKG monitoring.  This will enable a decision regarding the potential need for a pacemaker implantation.

i have a c5-7 incomplete sci, i can walk with a walker, my rt leg is weaker, but despite going through lots of therapy, i still cannot bend my right knee. are there any bionic knee surgeries/mechanical knee operations? adaptiveexercise/equipment?

Depends: Pain can be for many, many reasons.  Start with seeing your primary care and they will help you decide if you need to see a specialist.  Rheumatologists, neurologists, orthopedists and interventional pain doctors are just some of the specialties that could help you with your pain.

Contraindications: Ifc should be avoided on individuals with pacemakers & near the low back or abdomen of pregnant women. This modality should be avoided  where there is any possible risk of tumor metastasis. Arterial ds & DVT may have increased risk of emboli; current may increase infected areas; large open wounds may concentrate the current & distort the if field; ifc may worsen skin conditions in treated area.

i've had eec but i don't think i improved much. what other treatment options are available?

R u on max meds?: If you are on a maximal medical program such as nitrates , beta blockers and anti platelets and your already on the newer agent Ranexa (ranolazine) then eecp is a nice option . If no other revascularization options are available such as angioplasty or bypass then( if a candidate qualifies) then transplant may be an option for refractory angina.

Depends on problem: Unfortunately medical care can be expensive.  There are resources out there available if you need to be seen.  If it is an emergency, you must go to the nearest emergency room - they have to take care of you. Find cause: Hi. Wow, for a young patient, you're using an antiquated terminology! SGPT is now referred to (and for YEARS has been) as ALT. ALT is liver specific. Why it is elevated needs evaluation, but can include fatty liver, viral hepatitides, iron overload, autoimmune hepatitis, etc. Treatment very much depends on underlying etiology. Good luck!
