No, it does not: You should remain under the care of an ENT team. None of your conditions will heal by themselves, they still might progress and need medical attention. Your nose will not fall off, but will need continuous care going forward. You made the right decision by stopping using cocaine.

See below: Don't use cocaine.  The rebound congestion will resolve in a week.. There is no cure if you continue to use cocaine.

Drink H2O flush nose: Make sure you are drinking enough water and not taking medications that will dry out your mucous membranes.  Nasal flushing with a mixture of saline and baking soda can also be helpful.

: This could be from a sinus infection, if you have been congested for a week or more. Sinus infections often occur without fever. Or, even though this is in the areas of some of the sinuses, it may not be that at all. Could be tension/stress or other illness...please see your doctor for a complete history and an exam if this continues and/or worsens.

You : You should see an ear nose and throat doctor (otolaryngologist) for a complete evaluation.  They can evaluate both your nasal septum and whether you need a sleep study or further sleep evaluation.  It is not clear to me if you are still using cocaine, obviously that would also cause sleeplessness, so if you are then seek out a drug-treatment program.

Depends: on the amount consumed, whether consuming alcohol at the same time, or any other drug, usually urine tox screen looks for cocaine or one of the metabolites which stays longer in the body, don't believe any would be cleared in next 48 hours, better seek help, check this link, good luck

Cocaine detection: CSF is not routinely checked for cocaine. Usually doctors perform a urine test -that can extend back to 2 days if it was a 'one time' use. For chronic cocaine users though, it could be longer. So there are Qs such as how long you’ve been using, the average amount used each time, if you have any liver problems, and the type of test used. Generally docs are non-judgemental so hope you can go forward

Abstention: The problem with Cocaine overdose is not exactly something one can treat prophylactically.  The biggest problem is the high risk of death... Which should really be treated immediately if it occurs, so the patient is safest being observed in an er until the risk subsides !  cardiovascular problems, particularly including a wide variety of strokes, are fairly common.

Cbt and medications : You may try cognitive behavioral therapy, some research and personal observation has shown modafanil and Armodafinil with some success along with topiramate  other data sows the use of Gabapentin of some use as also strattera (atomoxetine) but I have seen better results with Armodafinil and Modafinil when treating patients both in Cocaine dependency and withdrawal.

Try: If you mean dry nostrils, Petroleum jelly/Vaseline rubbed gently in the nose or saline sprayed in the nose may help. Please see your doctor for more answers. Good luck.
