Dangerous!: Ethylene glycol is an extremely dangerous poison which can cause death and permanent brain and other organ damage when taken even in small quantities; people who have swallowed this substance often need to be in an intensive care unit.  Depending on the timing and the person's condition, he may need his stomach pumped, charcoal to neutralyze the substance, dialysis, and other treatments

New infestation: Anyone who is treated for pinworms can re-infest themselves by ingesting new eggs. The medication may stick around for a day or so but will not provide long term protection. Washing bed clothes and sheets in hot water and practicing good hand washing can reduce your risk.

Pantoprazole S.E.'s: In short term can cause a number of dose-dependent side effects including commonly headache ; diarrhea. Longer term use can cause (see my prior answers on this topic in healthtap)--like calcium ; magnesium malabsorption, c.Difficile infection, osteopenia. Depending upon prior response to behavior/diet changes, ; what you're treating with pantoprazole, surgical ; endoscopic options may be possible.

Restrict carbs: Triglyceride production in the liver is especially driven by carbohydrate intake. So cut everything white (bread, potatoes, pasta, rice, flour, sugar, sweets, cakes etc). Replace with veggies, some fruit, fish, seeds, nuts, soy, etc. Dietary fat is not that bad for triglycerides, but fat has a lot of calories so don't go wild! exercise for 45 min every day.

Jaw Joint pain: Clicking, popping and jaw locking are common signs of temporal  mandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. It is to only one in the body that actually disarticulates it also works in tandem with the opposite side tmj.
The anatomy includes  a cartilage disc , between the head of the jaw and the base of the skull. The disc and its ligaments get damaged in life and locks up the movement. See a TMJ dds/dmd.

Botox where?: People get all kinds of botox injections. If this was for cervical dystonia , this is a known side effect. This is called dysphagia.You need to consult the person who gave this to you but I do not believe there is any resolution except time. Call the doctor that gave you the injection and talk with that person. Best wishes.

I : I am so sorry that you are going through that.  It sounds like you are doing everything right.  Ask your doctor if they think that vaginal atrophy (common after hysterectomy) are contributing to your symptoms.  They have probably told you to reduce sugary foods and drinks, reduce alcohol (because of sugar content), only wear cotton underwear or ideally no underwear, avoid baths or bubble baths, and to use a blow dryer (from a safe distance) after your shower.  You can also ask your pharmacist for products such as vagisil (there are also other products that are similar) that can help keep the skin clean and itch-free.

: Achalasia can generally be treated by balloon dilatation treatment to open up the lower end of esophagus.
