: Enterococcus faecalis is a  stool (poop) germ that is known to cause significant infections in some. Resistance to some antibiotics is well known and sometimes dual (2 at once) treatment is required. It is not considered a STD and may/may not trigger problems for a partner. Treatment followed by repeat culture of the involved material would be standard. Expect it to disable sperm it infects.

: Both are entirely normal intestinal bacteria. E. coli is always present, enterococcus often but not always.

No usually: If you have those 2 bacteria you are having symptoms and need treatment u should not aha enterococcus or e coli in tehevagina normally no matter what your lacto count is.

Bacterial vag/cult: These bacteria are common findings in vaginal cultures, since the anus is very close to the vagina, and easily cultured if present. A fistula would produce a distinct discharge, and have an odor of feces. This report will just require more attention to hygiene when cleaning up after a bowel movement.

Usually not: Completely different organ systems.  It is conceivable that salmonella sepsis could potentially cause damage, but the sespsis would have been a critically ill, likely spent time in intensive care sort of infection, not just a simple food poisoning.

To assess the described pain and discomfort requires analyzing their degree, duration, interval, progress, fluctuation, and potentially physical activities plus performing proper physicals on groin, back, sac and its contents with palpation and pressure, etc.

Any can: Whereas the e coli and entercoccus are more likely to cause redness and irritation, sometimes vulvar irritation is not from an infection. Please consult your gynecologist if the symptoms do not resolve after a few days of treatment.

Semen infection: E. fecalis could indicate true infection or could be a contaminant. Judging this depends a lot on how strongly positive the culture is, i.e. only a few or lots of bacteria and other findings, like symptoms and white blood cells in semen. If in doubt, repeat culture might be needed; follow your doctor's advice. If it's a contaminant, it has nothing to do with showering and how you dried yourself.
