is bell clapper deformity treatable? im fairly certain thats the reason for my intermittent torsion. my left testicle is also facing downwards at a very uncomfortable position in my groin?

: Bellclapper testis which is responsible for intermittent torsion should be &amp; is very easy to correct by scrotal fixation. Requires 3 non-absorbable sutures pexing (fixing) testis to inner wall of scrotum to prevent twisting. Left testis should not be in uncomfortable position in groin &amp; likely incompletely descended. Pediatric or general urologist can easily correct both problems. Good luck.

i have horribly itchy scabs on my testicles that bleed when i scratch them, they have persisted for several months. what can i do to stop the itching?

See doctor: One needs to find out what may be causing the itching on the scrotum and thus it is best to ask your doctor to take a look at the area.  In the meanwhile if no pus is present, you may try topical hydrocortisone cream to see if this helps.

Here's some...: Scab doesn't always results from genital herpes and herpes is not common on the sacred, but on the penis. So, the odd to pass herpes is next to zero although nothing is 100% in life. More? Seek professional evaluation and counseling timely.

Not herpes: Unlikely to be herpes.  Having said that, is the man you're referring to at risk for contracting herpes in your opinion? If so, then, of course, there's no guarantee that he couldn't have herpes unless he were specifically testing....but it doesn't sound like it from your description.

Left testicle pain: Pain in the left testis can be caused by several problems including infection, musculoskeletal strain, trauma, varicocele, nerve issues and many more.  Best bet is to see your pcp or a urologist.  Remedies include rest, antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, ultrasound, x-ray tests and surgery.
