i have a red/bruised lump about the size of a pea on my inner thigh. its not a bug bite or ingrown hair and won't pop. it itches and kinda hurts.

Bump on inner thigh: Any firm lesion that will not resolve needs to be seem by a physician and evaluated. Leave it up to you MD on weather to remove, biopsy, or let be.

R/O FOLLICULITIS : Your symptoms sound like folliculitis=inflammation of the hair follicle. You need to be examined and course of therapy decided. You may need topical and or oral Antibiotics. If symptoms persist or worsen a Cyst/abscess can develop requiring surgical intervention. Seek prompt evaluation.

Short answer: Yes: It this has been present for more than two weeks, or if it has been increasingly bothersome to you, I would suggest that you be seen by your gynecologist or primary care physician. Most causes of localized external vaginal itching can be easily resolved after an in-office evaluation.

i think i may have jock itch red rash under area lotion helps it but it also looks as if there's an ingrown hair as well i'm not sure please help?

Jock itch: Jock itch can be treated with  over the counter anti-ifungal powders/ cream. if there is an ingrown hair there may  be a concomitant bacterial infection so would follow up with doc as you may need topical antibiotics ( mupirocin) as well as oral antibiotics ( usually bacitracin is insufficient)

Wait it out: Wait it out is best.  It should erupt in time. Otherwise, you could have it surgically extracted by a physician.  Monitor for infection - may need antibiotics. Consider permanent hair reduction w/ laser hair removal, especially if this is recurrent.
