Wart? Fibroma?: Genital warts could do this, but usually not in urethra unless there also are external warts. Fibromas and other benign growths are possible. With altered urine stream, it is likely you have additional lesions deeper inside, or partial urethral blockage (stricture). You need to see a urologist about this. Don't manipulate the bump or otherwise try to treat it until then. Good luck!

i have pain in my urethra below the head of my penis. it hurts when i ejaculate or pee. i saw a little blood in my urine, too. what could this be?

See answer : Most common cause of your symptoms would be non-bacterial prostatitis which is a self-limiting, non-infectious irritation or inflammation of the prostate often related or aggravated by too frequent ejaculation, stress, excessive alcohol, spicy foods, caffeine, recreational drugs. Usually resolves with restricting the above. An actual infection requiring an antibiotic would be another possibility.

urologist called me. negative urine culture. found wbc/concerned its cancer of penis or urethra. negative stds. coukd the wbc indicate cancer? no blood.

See Dr: You may have / have had urethritis, and now be developing epididymitis or orchitis. Cannot say for sure w/info above. Need to be evaluated by a dr--yours, urgent care, urology, or county health dept's "std clinic" if available. Do not delay--pain gets worse & can impact future fertility.

: The blood could be coming from the urethra which would have been traumatized by your pinching or from the urinary bladder. If blood is seen at the beginning of the urinary stream, it's most likely from the urethra. If.in the middle of the urinary stream, it's most likely from the bladder. Drink lots of water. If bleeding persists or there's difficulty urinating, proceed to the hospital ER for care
