Read up and plan: Check out the books in the bookstore. Triathlon training by michael finch and the triathlete's  training bible by joe friel are good ones. You need to be trained in each discipline first. Then try 2 in succession. This is called a "brick" workout. Usually it is ride/run. I use a 5:1 or 4:1 ratio. I.E. Ride 20miles/run 4 or 5 miles. Start slowly, build up and follow the plan. Race the way you train.

Nothing: Urine dipstick will indicate presence of white blood cells (leukocytes) as trace amount (TR) or higher amounts (1+,2+,3+,4+). Larger amounts suggest inflammation. Trace amount means nothing, as it is seen in many normal people. Urine must be collected properly to be accurate. Vaginal or foreskin contamination of specimen can falsely elevate leukocytes.

Most evidence seems to be that it plays a role is limiting over-development of muscle tissue. While many think lots of muscle is good, too much, wrong place: huge problems, to the point of death. Life is all about complex balances, controls & outcomes.

Same as elsewhere: Trains used to scatter waste on the tracks as they moved.  Now it is collected and there is no issue in that department.  Other than steadying yourself against the motion of the train, there is no problem about using a train toilet.  Enjoy the trip and don't worry about the toilet.
