: Different philosophies out there, but you are trading a non addictive med (Lunesta) for 2 that are addictive. Tramadol is for pain and not anxiety. There are much better and safer options for treating anxiety associated insomnia. I would suggest seeking a second opinion.

Upto a day: Better not to combine those two drugs, wait until done with the tramadol then restart the hydroxyzine after one day of the last dose of tramadol , good that you asked, always exercise caution with multiple medications

Tramadol is for pain: and not for anxiety. I am unaware of any interactions between Garcinia and any of these medications. However, I would strongly suggest using the prescribing physician and/or your pharmacist for information about this issue - they are both good sources.

Leg pain: Apply Ice pack for 15 to 20 minutes, elevate legs when you sit in chair, look for other etiology for legs pain like neuropathy, K efficiency, and see your neurologist

Some may be related to narcotic induced constipation - if present, you can seek standard remedies.  If your symptoms are not trending better in the next day or two, please seek a medical evaluation and blood testing.
