Tell now: After 4 months your bp goal of 130/80 or less has not been reached. Unless you tend to have a fast heart rate, I don't regard beta blockers a good first line choice for bp treatment. If you have a tendency to rapid heart rates, the toprol dose can be increased for better bp control. Otherwise I feel more effective choices of medications can be made by your physician. : It sounds like the aggressive masturbation is causing skin irritation.  It would be best to avoid aggressive masturbation to allow the skin to heal naturally.

age 16, weight around 45 to 50. every month menstruation start at 20 to 25th date. every month had horrible crumps and pain and i eat naproxen every month. i also vomit every month continued. like why vomit happen every month?

: What symptoms are described can be caused by endometriosis, a condition which causes pain, cramping and occasional nausea by scattering of endometrial cells into the abdomen, which bleed at the time of menstruation, causing the symptoms.  See your GYN physician and ask about low dose oral bcp's, recommended for treatment of endometriosis.

Follow the pattern !: Fetal movement will establish a pattern that you recognize. This is individual. If there is less movement, call your physician to do some testing asap !

You could: probably take an early pregnancy test in a couple of days or wait and use a regular home pregnancy test in about 14 days.

Most likely normal: At age 4 months babies start to discover thier hands , if your baby is raching out to objects and only closing hands when he /she is not using them that is normal... I will recommend that you mention this concern to the baby's doctor during your next visit

Normal...: Periods can be on a slightly different day each month even when everything is normal.  A difference of a couple of days isn't something to worry about or mean that anything is wrong.  Best wishes!

my cycle came on, on the 9th of this month. it lasted for 7 days. on the 17th it was back and very dark brown. it is still on, what could be the cause?

3 wks of bleeding: Your period has lasted almost 3 wks straight. If it is brownish, and not heavy (no clots), then you probably aren't at risk for anemia from the bleeding, but if it continues, you may want to see your gyn. If sexually active, check a pregnancy test just in case. If negative, it may be that your body is starting to approach "the change" of menopause. You're a little young for that, but it happens.

Change in cycles: "Periods" are roughly 26-34 days apart, depending on when one ovulates. The only "fixed" interval is between ovulation and the onset of a period.  If under stress, you may ovulate  late in a given cycle (day 18-20) in which case your period will be on day 32-38. If you ovulate on day 9-10, your period will be earlier. Period on 9/1/14 and ovulation on day 10-12 will result in a period on 9/25/14
