sensitivity to right temple when touched throbbing shocking pain when not  causing stomach pain and right tonsil sensitivity could it be anything?

Need a lot more: Information, but if one subtracts the stomach and tonsil issues the "shocking" pain after touching your temple (though i don't know exactly where) could be suggestive of trigeminal neuralgia.  Don't take this too seriously as you really need to see your doctor for a more thorough history and exam.  Quite likely it is something else.

i smacked my right temple 4 days ago on a cab door.  it's sensitive to the touch and makes me feel nauseous when touched. should i be worried?

Ear: Apply warm compresses three times a day for three days. If theres swelling or the pain gets worse then you should check it out

Probably not cancer: Could be an abscess or gynecomastia.  See a general surgeon.

Possibly: These symptoms are common when you're stressed.  Less commonly the temporal artery might be inflamed.  If the tederness persists beyond a day or two, see your family doctor.

Could be...: Could bee infected tooth/teeth, infected gums, TMJ, split (fractured) tooth, or one of hundreds of other problems.  Can't diagnose without examination/X-rays and other tests.  Please put down the computer, pick up the phone, and call your Dentist for an emergency appointment ASAP before your chronic problem becomes an acute problem.

: Symptomatic pain/current in the temple area should be assessed by a physician in person. It may just be an overactive nerve, or it may be something that needs further evaluation such as Multiple Sclerosis, Arteritis, or another neurological problem. Trying to self treat without a diagnosis can lead to further problems.

See PCP.: It could be an infected sebaceous gland. Have your pcp take a look and if needed get a biopsy. It doesn't sound like anything serious, but it would make you feel better to have it checked.

: This can happen when smegma dries. If worried best is to see a Urologist
