Hands that hurt: There are many possible reasons why your hand hurt particularly if you have had trauma in the area. If it is red or a rash then it could be hand dermatitis , psoriasi or eczema. You should see a different  specialist depending on the history.

Yep. : Yep.  You probably have what's called a boxer's fracture.  It most commonly occurs not in boxers but in people who have punched walls or wooden beams.  What's likely broken in the bone that connects your pinkie finger to your wrist, and possibly also the one next to it.  If so, you need a cast.  If you don't treat it, you could wind up with a permanent deformity in your hand.

i use latex gloves with powder.. but whenever i wear them the tops of my hands get tingly.. sometimes it's really bad.. but it's only those gloves ??

Latex Allergy?: I find a lot of people think they have it but when formerly tested rarely does anyone actually have it.  A lot of people develop sensitivities to anti-caking agents or other substances in the manufacture of the gloves.  If you can, switch to nitrile type gloves.  If you must use latex gloves, powder free is preferred.  Some folks also apply some sort of barrier lotion prior to using them.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining the hand. Was there any trauma to the hand? Is there a swelling, redness or other visible abnormality? If there is no visible abnormality try tylenol (acetaminophen) and if the pain does not go away in a couple of days or gets worse, see your doctor.

Circulation problem?: Thanks for your reply earlier.  As you said this may indicate a circulation problem such as chilblains as lupus pernio or rynauds among others.  Hard to comment without being able to examine further.  Suggest see a doctor licensed in your area for examination and diagnosis as you may need some blood tests etc to sort.  All the best
