Photosensitivity?: It is hard to be accurate without seeing the rash. Rash that occurs in areas that are exposed to sun are called photosensitive rashes. Granuloma annulare is one of these rashes. Are you taking any other medications or topical preparations that might predispose you to getting a photosensitivity reaction? e.g. tetracyclines, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, cosmetics/disinfectants on the hands
