Many things: This could represent many things.  Burning of eyes is sometimes a result of allergic conjunctivitis.  It is difficult to tell over the internet.  See a doctor for a proper evaluation!

Probably nothing: Twitching of the small muscles of the face is common, but rarely pathologic.  This finding is most commonly associated with fatigue, overuse or other forms of stress.  I would not be surprised if you are working long hours on something and not getting enough sleep.  You can use B complex vitamins which some believe help with this symptom, but I suggest plenty of sleep and relaxation- be well!

what causes twitching on top of upper lip,appears after i strain lips,like pursing,eating,smiling a lot,any upper lip straining, can lasts for several minutes...it's happening for 9 days now?it feels like lot of movement but it's almost invisible.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Just in case it is due to an electrolyte imbalance, take orange or other fruit juices for a couple of weeks and if that does not resolve the matter it would be prudent to see your doctor.

nearly a year ago i had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed (at age 24) since then i have been numb in my lower left lip. now for 2 days i have had an intermittent twitch on my top left lip/cheek area. could this be from the damaged nerve healing?

Neurologist: This syndrome may be hemifacial spasm. Consult a neurologist for appropriate evaluation,testing and treatment. Testing often involves MRI of the brain and an EMG of the face. Various medications are used for treatment.

Irritation perhaps: Some irritation to a muscle, nerve, or part of a nerve that goes to certain muscle fibers may cause those fibers to twitch. Such twitching is usually for a few hours or a day, and only once in a while. In those cases, doctors and patients usually don't spend time looking for a cause. But, if symptoms are frequent, or recurrent, a primary doctor, ENT doctor, and a neurologist can evaluate.

However, it can also be associated with neurological illness/disease, such as seizure , tumor, abnormalities  in the nerve stimulating the muscle, compression of nerve root,  spinal cord abnormality, problems in the  muscle, and alterations in the  body physiological chemicals  connecting nerve and muscle. Follow up with your physician.
