Few reason...: Your genetic make up, your diet, along with your oral hygiene will generally determine how yellow  your teeth color will be. There are also some medications (tetracyclines...Even if your mom took it while pregnant! that can alter the inner color of all your teeth, (but mainly to brownish/grayish tone) . Also many teeth turn dark after a root canal therapy. Generally "bleaching" is the treatment.

See Dermatologist: See a skin doctor or dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis. They may be cystic acne lesions and need prescription medication or not  acne lesions at all.

Please discard: Please discard your expired products.  Studies are only done to ensure safety and potency for the period of time guaranteed by the expiration date.  After a product expires, we don’t know what it will do.  Best to discard the expired product and replace it with something new.  Good luck!

Without : Without doing a clinical examination it is difficult to assess your complaint.  One possibility, particularly since you mention stress, is that this is geographic tongue.

Typically geographic tongue will last about 10 days, though this can vary.

The following information was taken from the mayo clinic web site and provides a good description of geographic tongue.

Geographic tongue is a harmless condition affecting the surface of your tongue. The tongue is normally covered with tiny, pinkish-white bumps (papillae). With geographic tongue, patches on the surface of the tongue are missing papillae and appear as smooth, red "islands, " often with slightly raised borders.

These patches (lesions) give the tongue a map-like, or geographic, appearance. The lesions often heal in one area and then move (migrate) to a different part of your tongue. Geographic tongue is also known as benign migratory glossitis.

Although geographic tongue may look alarming, it doesn't cause health problems and isn't associated with infection or cancer. Geographic tongue can sometimes cause tongue discomfort and increased sensitivity to certain substances.

Geographic tongue is a minor â€” although sometimes uncomfortable â€” condition. However, lesions on the tongue may indicate other more serious conditions of the tongue or diseases affecting the body in general. If you have lesions on the tongue that don't resolve within seven to 10 days, see your doctor or dentist.

Studies of factors that may be associated with an increased risk of geographic tongue have produced mixed results.

family history. Inherited genetic factors may increase the risk of the disorder.
Fissured tongue. People with geographic tongue often have another disorder called fissured tongue, the appearance of deep fissures, or grooves, on the surface of the tongue.

some studies have suggested a number of other factors that may increase the risk of geographic tongue, but other studies haven't supported the same conclusions. These other possible factors include:

oral contraceptive use
diabetes
allergies and other immune system hypersensitivities
stress or psychological disorders
other skin disorders.

i have teeth sensitivity and teeth pain. i'm a long term user of steroids and on bp medications as well. will that cause teeth sensitivity? when i consulted a dentist, he said my teeth is fine and suggested a flouride tooth paste. what i have to do n?

: As long as you do not have carious lesions or periodontal issues the concentrated fluoride toothpaste should help. If not, fluoride trays can be fabricated that you can fill with concentrated gel which can be worn an hour or so per day until the sensitivity is resolved.

Swallowing stuff: It&#x27;s a basic precautionary safeguard. Toothpastes are meant as an aid to facilitate cleaning your teeth and are not meant to eat. They are safe, but in excess can make your nauseous or sick. By the way and for example, ingesting too much salt all at once can kill you.

Many options: Any fluoridated non-abrasive toothpaste would be a good choice. If you have a very low decay rate and therefore won't really benefit from the fluoride, baking soda and a little salt has done well by many people for decades as well. Even dry brushing is helpful so the main thing is to brush and clean inter-dentally (floss or another aid).
