No: More pee doesn't change the result, but if the positive line is faint or sort of came and went, one can just retest in 1 week. If truly pregnant, the levels of bHCG in the urine should be high enough to give consistent positive test results after another week, if it will be at least 3 weeks after sex by then.

Only with sample: Even the "cheap" pregnancy tests should be  blank until you add urine as directed. Follow the directions and don't wait longer than the given time otherwise the control line can "leach" over and cause the "test" line to show up (a false positive).

No need to hold pee: If you have to urinate, then you should do so. However, the best time to take the test would be your first urination in the morning. Urine pregnancy tests are pretty sensitive nowadays. If pregnancy is a concern and the test is negative, you can test again in 2 or 3 days as hormone levels for BhCG increase rapidly during the first days of pregnancy.

Not likely: Only a few drops of urine are needed for the test. It is more important to do the test 4-5 days after a missed period, use first morning urine and follow the instruction for the test carefully.

Not accurate: There is no scientific evidence to support this kind of homemade test. Additionally, there is no research available to indicate how much urine or how much vinegar to use to make this test work nor at what is the best time to use the test. If you do not want to use a home pregnancy test or see md, you can wait for early signs of pregnancy: cramping, mild spotting, nausea, breast swelling in 1-3 wks.

Does not add up: You took two pregnancy tests and two were positive then which were negative? If you had two positive tests, please see your doctor for pre-natal care.

Use a fresh specimen: Use a fresh urine specimen for best results. Urine picks up all sorts of germs once it is out of the body and may change the results of the test. I can't be sure that it won't be correct, but it would be best to use a fresh urine.

Lots of stuff: There are a variety of things that can cause one to urinate frequently including a urinary tract infection, drinking lots of water, type ii diabetes, and many others. If you are having any burning with urination, that makes UTI more likely. If you are eating a lot and losing weight, that suggests diabetes. This is definitely something to get checked out with your doc.
