You need a evaluation: It's not clear completely what's happening but it is not the spleen that hurts when you run. You need an evaluation by your physician to make sure what your laboratory studies and your physical exam correlates with your complaints. You might also need imaging. A dermatologist may help in the evaluation.

It is temporary: Our tongue is prone to get affected by what we eat and drink. There are many viruses that can cause sores on the tongue. Most often our immune system heals these afflictions.
If it is not better in 2-3 days take a short course of Vitamin-c, 500 mg, 1 tablets daily for one week. it is harmless yet, it may do you good as it improves the immune system.

First aid: Unless you took it directly from the stove and poured it into your mouth, you likely didn't do any lasting damage. Immediately get something cool &amp; soothing onto the affected areas of the tongue- milk, cold water, ice, aloe juice. You should monitor the tongue and, if you see any of the lining come off, get to medical care as it may be serious. Best of luck and please slow down eating next time.

Burnt tongue: Hopefully you immediately put cool water in your mouth.  But at this point, there isn't much to do except allow it to heal... And it will and the pain and discomfort will resolve soon as the mouth is remarkable for recovering from such insults.  For discomfort, certainly helps to suck on ice or swish cool water in your mouth.

Burning Tongue Syndr: There are several causes for a burning tongue syndrome. An unwanted side effect  to medicine is not uncommon & goes away several days after you stop the medicine. Vitamin/mineral deficiencies can cause it; try taking a multivitamin with minerals. Abscessed teeth or broken fillings too. If these aren't the obvious causes see a dentist specialized in oral medicine for diagnosis and treatment plain.
