i had embryo transfer 2 days ago.today i ate pineapple,my tongue started bleeding.means i may b allergic.will it effect fetus n implantation? any cure

Doubt it: Since you did not suffer any systemic symptoms , there is virtually no chance that this would adversely impact your fetus.   Avoidance is the best answer.

Sensitivity: You might have sensitivity or mild allergy to the pinapple, the juice, or ingredients in the liquid. Check ingredients for acids - could be too acidic for you. Check with your allergist if this persists.

Avoid acids: Avoid acidic food while you are healing. Avoid pineapple specifically.

Food allergies: you most likely allergic to melon and pineapple. May be other foods too. Have allergy testing done and get allergy shots for desensitization

No need to worry: you are young (assuming no medical issues)
minimal blood with stool (especially after hard stool) could happen. unless it happens more frequently there is no need to worry about it

Glass injury: Superficial cuts to the tongue generally heal quickly, with no intervention required. You can rinse mouth with water after eating to loosen debris. One risk of glass injury is a shard of glass remaining in the wound. This can be identified with XRAY, however the tongue is highly sensitive and I suspect you would notice it. Given bleeding has stopped, no further action required.  See Dr if problem.

: Your circulatory system is comprised of numerous blood vessels, the smallest being called a capillary, a tube that has an internal diameter of hairlike thinness. If you bled, you broke a capillary.

: Yes you have an open would filled with a blood clot and granulated bone and probably covered with a membrane to hold everything in pace during healing. any food that pushes on the would may squeese out some blood from the clot that would stain the saliva red.  Keep upthe salt water rinses and continue with a soft diet on the opposite side until you return for your post Operative appointment.
