See doctor first: For plantar fascia pain or other related symptoms in the arch of the foot, if a patient feels he is not getting better after seeing his doctor, he may consider getting an opinion from a podiatrist, sports medicine doctor, or orthopedic ankle-foot doctor. Treatment may include anti-inflammatories, changing shoes and orthotic inserts, special taping, physical therapy, modifying sports activities.

Plantar Fasciitis : Stretch exercises of the plantar fascia and calf muscles,  avoid flat shoes and barefoot walking, use prefabricated silicone heel shoe inserts for arch supports.

Wound care.: Stop exercising. Clean the wound and cover with a sterile dressing. Elevate it and call the doctor in the morning. If painful try ice compression and take tylenol.

Get it checked: Purple discoloration is most likely a bruise (hemolyzed blood from the venom/bite). Whether it is of concern or not, only a doctor can tell. If it is extending, it means the injury is continuing. Tingling in the toes may be a sign of the nerve being affected, so better get it checked.

i had bunionette surgery on my r foot 5 days ago with a flexor tendonotomy and a pin placed in my pinky toe for a bit. my toes keep curling, help!

Curling: Curling up or curling down?  Shouldn't curl down if the flexor tendons were cut.  Better see your surgeon about this.

Rest: If the problem is a few days old, i suggest that you keep resting and icing it. If it's a few weeks old, moving it is not a bad thing.

what is the cause of involuntary toe flex downward plantar?

It's a reflex.: You didn't mention which toe was plantar flexed, but, if you are referring to your big toe, it's caused by some kind of stimulus to the arch of your foot.  In clinical practice, we might scrape the arch of your foot with the handle of a reflex hammer.  Plantar flexion of the great toe is normal.  Dorsiflexion (pointing of the toe upward) is not.  But I don't know what the stimulus is in your case.

No: No, if you're toes go numb, that is not from plantar fasciitis (ligament).  When toes go numb, it's usually related to nerve impingement or entrapment or damage.  Best of luck.

2 problems: These may be two fairly unrelated issues.  The pain in your big toes (i assume the big toe joint) may be that of hallux rigidus (arthritis of the great toe joint).  Anyway, i suggest seeing a podiatrist who can provide treatment options for both problems.
