Blister care....: First you have to find the cause of the blister.  Bad shoes? Over activity for short period of time?  Blisters are caused by a ton of friction on one focal area. Shoes: Take a look at her shoes, the toe box may be too small and causing repeated friction and preventing the blister from healing completely.

May be ant bite...: Insect bites many times will present themselves as a blister with a "white dote" - particularly if it has been scratched. Some other skin conditions that can present the same way too - have the podiatrist check it for you.

Time will tell: Blisters and skin irritations heal with time, but a wart will hold its ground.  Warts are caused by a virus that involves the epidermis.   Warts develop a blood supply in the skin.  These tend to bleed ever so slightly under the skin forming little dark spots.  Warts usually require a treatment to get rid of them.  If this is not clearing up in a few weeks, you may want to have it looked.

my big toe had blisters that have turned purple and the skin around it has hardened, and is burning and itching terribly. what is going on?

First off, you don't: Report any medical history. In the event you are diabetic you must see a foot doc. 
In the event you aren't, still a good idea but often can manage o your own. It is possible the purple is secondary to some blood. If the skin hardened you can file it down with an Emory board. Any open areas cover with a bandage and monitor for infection.

im pretty sure i have poison ivy and its in between my toes the blisters are getting so big that they are touching and i have no idea what to do ...

Poison ivy: I am sorry to hear that and it is an unfortunate place to have it as the feet can already be itchy!
You may want to try calamine lotion or benadryl lotion or over the counter hydrocortisone lotion for symptomatic relief. If this does not help then you may need to get oral steroids.

Blood blister: It sounds like it could be a blood blister.  If you have any other medical problems or it persists, you should see your doctor.

Maybe not: Probably best to cover it with a loose bandage and allow it to heal on its own. This is particularly true if you have underlying diabetes, cancer or the blister being due to  conditions such as chickenpox.

Difficult to say.: It's often difficult to diagnose skin issues without seeing them in person.  I recommend seeing your doctor for diagnosis and any needed treatment.

Neosporin cream (neomycin and polymyxin b): Neosporin cream (neomycin and polymyxin b) and non-stick band-aid until raw area dries. Leave open at night, limit sports.
