this site is about medical question and answers about medical problems and not nursing care.The only nurses who come in contacts with patients with tonsilopharyngitis,are either Dictors office nurse or in ER.It involved taking vital signs like temp and pulse and history of any allergies. And at the direction of the doctor to do throat swab for quick strep test or culture& give Tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever

The liver function tests (LFT's) that you listed are all normal. It can take years for alcohol-induced liver damage to show up as abnormal liver tests. Therefore, the best thing to do to prevent alcohol-induced liver damage is to greatly minimize alcohol use (1 unit of alcohol per day) or even to abstain completely from alcohol. Use of opioids and excessive Tylenol (acetaminophen) use can exacerbate damage.

If you look at the list of ingredients they are absolutely identical in type and amount. The difference is the spelling! So any difference in effect is due to something else. Speak to your doc. Maybe switched because of cost.

Almost all parts of our bodies have muscles. That means things can move. If something is moving oddly, these days a person can just make a short cell phone video of it and show her doctor at an appointment. An in-person exam is best, but sometimes a video consultation will suffice.

It is likely absorbed, but if you continue to have side effects, you are unlikely to continue to take it.  See your physician, and they can try an alternate agent.

This diagnosis requires a thorough medical evaluation. If you are now back in the states call your local county medical society for an internal medicine referral. If you are out of the country-call the embassy.

Personally (and I am biased as a pediatrician), I would prefer a children's center with a code team.  These types of facilities are generally better equipped and staffed to respond to an unlikely emergency.

A medication called dantrolene can be life saving in this situation. Generally fevers are high enough to necessitate the use of body cooling modalities.

If you are a non indian graduate you have to pass an  mci qualification examination, even if you want to pay , your selection depends on your grades , and if you have very good grades,  then  may have a chance to get selected
