Yes: The Pancoast tumor is related to  obstruction of the superior vena cava in the chest.Superior vena cava syndrome (SVCS), or superior vena cava obstruction , is usually the result of the direct obstruction of the superior vena cava by malignancies such as compression of the vessel wall by right upper lobe tumors such as the Pancoast tumor or the growth of a thymoma and/or mediastinal nodes.

Depends on routine: Typically a patient with this type of injury can get back on an exercise bicycle with light resistance at 4-6 weeks.
High impact activity like running is usually reserved for 3 months after injury with a supportive brace

What toxins?: Many people use the vague term "toxins" to scare u and drive u to buy their product.  While there are toxic byproducts of metabloism, urea, carbon dioxide etc  that your body needs to clear, it does this already (excellently) using you liver, lungs and kidneys.     Most other "toxins" are imaginary.  Eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, exercise etc and dont waste your $ fighting fake toxins!

Few: There is a theory in alternative practice that somehow the body is full of toxins that need to be eliminated.  In fact the body is terrific at identifying substances that do not belong and will get rid of them.  Of course if you are exposed to high levels of certain toxins like mercury, lead and some obvious poisons, the elimination may be overwhelmed but true toxins are rare.

Not usually: unless you have a history of alcohol abuse or dependency, in which case it will very likely not stay at 1 drink.  If you are using a shot glass and are having 1.5 oz. of gin per night, that is within safe drinking limits for women.  If you are using it to help sleep, however, be aware that alcohol commonly causes a "rebound" where people wake up 3-4 hours later&amp;may have trouble sleeping.

Depends on how much: Gin is in the tonic.  Safe drinking limits for women are no more than 1 standard drink (1.5 oz of 80 proof gin or other distilled spirits) per day, no more than 7/week and never more than 3 per drinking occasion. If you have a family history of alcohol problems, smoke cigarettes or have depression, you are at greater risk of alcohol problems. For men under 60, it's 2 standard drinks/day or 14/week.
