If people sleep 8-10 hrs/night for 3 days but each episode of dreaming (rem sleep) interrupted, ability to function as bad as 48 hrs working with zero sleep.

probably nothing: If you feel good and have not changed weight then you are probably ok.  Are you exercising more?  If you increase muscle/loss fat your wt could be stable, but you'll look more lean.  Most of the world is not overweight or obese so people that are lean are often thought to be 'sick', but it's really the obese people that are ill.

Flu: Usually the flu shot does not cause any symptoms except a sore arm. Your immune system is revved up to allow the body to become immune to the flu virus...If you have a fever you could feel poorly. Just as likely you just got sick separate.

Might stay off medication in view of current response and find an alternative way of dealing with headaches, such as using butterbur, riboflavin, co-q-10, or feverfew. This is similar to morning sickness, and the crackers is an easy way to help with mild importing sickness. The crackers absorb the acid in your stomach that has accumulated overnight. If the nausea doesn't improve, you may need to consider the patch or vaginal ring.
